A yummy new recipe in our house...

Chocolate Banana Muffins

3 C Fresh Milled Soft Wheat (or whole wheat flour)
2/3 C Sucanat
1/2 C Cocoa Powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 C melted Coconut oil or butter
1/3 C milk or water
2 eggs
2 mashed bananas

Mix together the dry ingredient, I sift gently with a whisk. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Make a well in the flour mixture and add the wet ingredients.

Scoop into paper lined or greased muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

For my family I also add coconut ribboons and flax seeds. You could add chocolate chips, nuts, you name it!
